Hi, I really love the product! I just received a similar message that they are unable to fulfill my order!!???? Can't tell from taking a look on the picture, however when it arrived, my son and I both had been disapointed that the mask is solely the front face with a band round hellos head. We thought it used to be a full cover mask. Although there are small tear on prime of the eyes, the mask is so cruched up in the bundle that my son cannot see anything else out of it. So I had to lower the eye a section of the masks out so he can see better. For the fee I paid, I anticipated a lot extra...

I would no longer even supply this product one megastar. It used to be made more value effective than anything I really have ever seen. And it was once now not cheap! You cannot even see out of the eye holes within the mask. Our son used to be so disillusioned in this costume he would not even wear it. Don't waste your cash like I did.
